FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What is the purpose of the School of Prayer and Worship? We know we are living in the last days. The greatest crisis and revival have yet to come. But if we are not a people who know God’s Heart and understand His Plans, the harvest and Church will be greatly unprepared. The purpose of the DHOP School of Prayer and Worship is to train and prepare believers in the values of prayer, intimacy with God, and the end-times. When we train in the context of day and night prayer and worship, we discover God’s Heart and find our place is His Story.


  • How long is the School of Prayer and Worship? The DHOP School of Prayer and Worship will last 13 weeks. Orientation is Saturday, September 12th and graduation will be on Saturday, December 12th.


  • What will the School schedule be like? There will be a mixture of online and in-person training. However, if you cannot attend at least 2/3 of in-person classes because of travel, work, or family obligations, please consider joining a future School of Prayer and Worship.


  • Weekly Schedule: The School of Prayer and Worship is a 10 hours per week commitment – 7hrs of teaching and discussion (online learning and in-person) and 3hrs of prayer (at least 1 hour of prayer at DHOP, the rest can be at home)


  • Sunday to Wednesday: 1-2hrs online learning & 3hrs of prayer
  • Thursday: 7:30-9:30pm Zoom Class
  • Saturday: In-Person Discussion & Prayer 1-4pm @ DHOP


  • What are the courses being taught? The 3 primary themes of the School of Prayer and Worship will be intimacy with God, growing in prayer, and end-times. Examples of a few courses that you can expect to be part of include: Experiencing the Voice of God, The Song of Solomon, The Gospel, Healing & Deliverance, and more!


  • Who can apply? Anyone in the Body of Christ who wants to go deeper in God is welcome to apply! However, we encourage new followers of Christ to participate in a discipleship course offered by their home fellowship first.


  • Is there a cost? The cost is 400 AED which will help to cover printing materials, weekly snacks and coffee, fellowship times, and a graduation celebration meal. The amount can be paid either on orientation day (September 12), or in two installments – 200 AED on September 12 and 200 AED again on October 31. We do not want money to be an issue, so if you feel that you would have trouble paying the cost, please reach out to our team.
